Ready to rock: evolution microphones in a professional set| 12.03.2008 Wedemark/Frankfurt |
| Sennheiser launches the epack |
The new Sennheiser epack contains everything singers need to
give an impressive performance on stage. As well as a professional
evolution vocal microphone, this pack put together by Sennheiser
comprises a high-quality K&M microphone stand, a five-metre XLR
cable, a microphone clip and a pouch for the microphone. epacks come
with three different microphones from the successful evolution 800
range – the e 835, e 835 S or e 840 – which are tailor-made to the
various requirements of performing live. This selection makes the epack
an uncomplicated but professional solution for musicians who set great
store on their singing, being heard clearly and with the very best
sound quality.

All
epack microphones are attractive options because they are robust and
easy to operate. Their practically indestructible metal bodies protect
the inside of the cardioid microphones, and a hum compensating coil
protects against any stray electromagnetic pick-up. The capsules are
shock-mounted to minimise handling noise. High feedback rejection
rounds off the professionalism of these microphones. The e 835 is a
classic vocal microphone that has been developed for heavy use on stage
– it is also comes as an e 835 S with a low-noise on-off switch. The
sound of the e 840 has been balanced in such a way that the singer’s
voice comes through clearly and powerfully – even when conditions on
stage are extremely loud.
For many professional musicians, Sennheiser microphones in the
evolution 800 range have long been a reliable partner during live
shows. The epack means professional technology can now be obtained at a
very affordable price in an easy-to-use pack, so you can be ready to
rock at any time!
